Allan Milham

Allan’s career is distinguished by being among 3% of professional coaches in the International Coach Federation (ICF) to receive the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation (2004-2023). Allan has more than 25 years of experience impacting top-performing teams and individuals in corporate settings ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies.

Allan has logged over 15,000 hours working with top performers and their teams, from U.S. Olympians to senior executives, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. He is also the author of Bold Moves, Out of the Question: How Curious Leaders Win and Who Are You…When You Are BIG?

Prior to starting his own company, Allan served as a consultant for one of the world’s leading career transition firms, Drake Beam Morin. He has held key leadership positions for Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change, and human relations.

Allan holds a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and has studied with Dr. Martin Seligman, the leading thinker on positive psychology. He is a certified practitioner of the Integrative Enneagram (ie9) Instrument.

Janis Milham | Women's Leadership Coaching | Transitions

Janis Milham

Janis Milham is a regarded leader with over 30 years of experience at Marriott International where she achieved success in a series of high-level roles. Her most recent role was Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader where she led vision, strategy and execution for all facets of global brand positioning, strategy, product design, guest experience programming and marketing for seven of Marriott’s 30 brands.

Throughout her career, Janis has been both a student and teacher of leadership excellence. She successfully led teams to high levels of performance by creating a culture of growth, collaboration, trust and empowerment. Throughout her career, she coached and mentored hundreds of associates across the organization helping them to advance their careers and achieve their goals. Her authentic style, sharp intellect, and practical experience, in tandem with her ability to hear diverse viewpoints, engage the hearts and minds of her audience, and lead so that all can be a part of a larger purpose sets her distinctly apart.

Janis was the founding member of Marriott’s San Franciso Bay Area Diversity Council and has been a longtime leader of Women’s Leadership Initiatives, which is a passion of hers. She holds a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. She completed over 82 hours of coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, as she believes coaching skills are some of the best leadership skills you can acquire. She is also a certified practitioner of the IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram assessment. As an Executive Coach, Janis works with leaders and teams to be the best versions of themselves.

Kris Harmelink | High Impact Team Building Programs

Kris Harmelink

Kris is a recognized strategic sales and leadership expert with over 25 years of experience at Marriott International, a Fortune 160 company. Kris specializes in leadership coaching and transitioning for all levels of leaders as an executive coach, leadership coach, and team dynamics facilitator. She provides one-on-one and group coaching to clients of all levels including high potential emerging leaders to VP and C-level.

She holds a host of credentials to include the Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) Certification from the International Coach Federation, Executive Coaching Certification from the Center of Executive Coaching and Certified IeQ9 Enneagram Practitioner.

As a sales executive and single full-time mother, she personally and professionally understands the unique current challenges leaders face and approaches them very holistically. Her executive acumen—paired with a humble authentically connective approach—allows her to gain credibility quickly with high potential leaders. 

Kris was involved in many of Marriott’s Women’s Advocacy initiatives.  As an advocate for women and the community, she volunteers through various women’s groups and organizations supporting working mothers.

Victoria Cramer

Victoria is a dynamic energetic keynote speaker, executive coach, and leadership strategist dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations to upskill their capabilities and drive engagement. With a 30-year background in hospitality, a decade of expertise in keynote speaking and coaching, three Amazon best-selling books, and the equivalent of a PhD in resilience from battling cancer and raising twins, she delivers compelling insights rooted in real-world experience, blending researched-backed strategies with engaging storytelling.

Victoria has spent many years empowering leaders to navigate change, cultivate resilience, and drive meaningful results. She is known for her no-nonsense, humorous and inspiring approach and challenges clients to step out of their comfort zones to foster both personal and professional growth. She creates lasting impact through keynote speeches, workshops, and one-on-one or team coaching and empowers audiences to embrace change, lead with authenticity, and take decisive action. She will shock and surprise you with her “Do Epic Shit” approach combined with her deep understanding of emotional intelligence at it’s best.

Victoria is a health-centered leader who is also a competitive athlete. She can be found mountain biking, racing bikes, doing Pilates, stand up paddleboarding, conducting health retreats, yoga classes, and snow skiing or scuba diving. She, her husband, and twin girls, spend time thinking big by being outdoors and exploring the world athletically and culturally. Victoria studied Communication at the University of Arizona, has many certified trainer and content design designations, as well as being certified as an IeQ9 Enneagram Practitioner. She won several awards over her 20-year Marriott career for being a leader that drives results with teams.

Jennie Benzon

Jennie Benzon is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies like Marriott International and McDonald’s Corporation. She most recently served as Managing Vice President, Owner & Franchise Services at Marriott International. In that role, she led seven hotel brands and guided franchise strategies across thousands of hotels in the Americas. She is known for her visionary yet practical leadership style that drives growth and fosters strong partnerships.

During her Marriott tenure, she led major initiatives to enhance franchise operations and overall brand performance. She was instrumental in launching new lifestyle hotel brands and driving company-wide improvements in product quality and consistency. A champion for diversity and inclusion, Jennie co-founded the Marriott Headquarters Women’s Leadership Network in 2015 to mentor and elevate women leaders.

Earlier in her career at McDonald’s Corporation, Jennie managed a $770 million region encompassing several hundred restaurants and consistently improved operations and guest experience. She led the rollout of major operational innovations and was honored with McDonald’s prestigious President’s Award, given to the top 1% of its global leadership. She also received the McDonald’s Women’s Leadership Network Award for her commitment to developing others.  

After a distinguished corporate career, Jennie transitioned into executive coaching to share her expertise and passion for developing leaders. She earned her certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is also a certified Enneagram practitioner—credentials that complement her real-world experience. In her coaching practice, Jennie brings a warm, insightful approach to helping executives and emerging leaders achieve their full potential. She remains especially passionate about mentoring women and advocating for their advancement in the workplace, carrying forward this dedication from her corporate career.
